Our Beginner 11+ program is designed for older newcomers who wish to develop a strong foundation in rhythmic gymnastics. This class offers a refined introduction to flexibility, coordination, and strength training, complemented by skill-building with hoops, ropes, balls, and ribbons. With a focus on precision, body awareness, and confidence, gymnasts learn fundamental techniques in an age-appropriate and engaging environment. Gymnasts in this program also take part in club and regional level competitions, giving them valuable early performance experience. This program provides a supportive starting point for those beginning their gymnastics journey later, while offering a clear pathway for progression into higher-level classes.
