Our Advanced classes are designed for gymnasts who want to further develop their flexibility, coordination, and strength while working with hand apparatus such as hoops, ropes, balls, and ribbons. These sessions focus on enhancing technical skills, body control, and artistry. Gymnasts in this group also take part in club competitions and displays, gaining valuable performance experience. The Advanced program serves as a development pathway for athletes aspiring to progress into the competitive squad.
